Shipping will be added to each order based on the total weight of the order (exceptions may apply). Refer to Shipping Method on "Checkout Page" for Approx. Shipping Charges, actual shipping may very.

Only Visa, MasterCard and Discover accepted. No American Express.
We also accept Prepaid Visa/MasterCard.
Credit Card Authorization Holds:
- An authorization hold will be placed on your credit or debit card
each time an order is placed to confirm the card is valid. The hold
should be released within 3 to 5 business days
- For cancelled orders, authorizations may still take 3 to 5 days to
be released. The length of the hold is determined by the bank or other
financial institution that issued your card. You will not be charged for

The charge will appear as "North West Distributor" on your bank statement.
We offer discrete shipping. All packages are a simple brown/white box with Shipping Label only. Shipping Label will say "North West Distributor" as the Shipper. Most orders ship within 2-3 Business Days. If there is a delay you will be contacted. Orders do not ship on weekends (Sat. & Sun.) and any Public Holidays.
Orders Placed on Friday after 11:00am PST will be shipped on Next Business Day.
PipesDaddy.com is not responsible for any transit delays by any of Shipping Carrier. No shipping adjustments/refunds requests will considered If the package is delayed because of Public Holidays, or In Transit Delays by Carrier.
If the tracking information says the package is delivered by the carrier to the address then PipesDaddy is no longer responsible for the package. (Any stolen or missing mail after the delivery is the responsibility of PipesDaddy or the Carrier.)
Customers will be responsible for their local, state & country laws.
Please use extra caution while filling up your address information, if a package returns with "Undeliverable Address" note, Shipping will be charged again to resend the package at different or correct address.
Signature Requirement: Orders will be shipped with Signature Requirement to assure the delivery most of the times. In case you need unsigned delivery please do request via e-mail after placing an order.
International Shipments Sent out via First-Class International Mail Service does not have any service commitments. As soon as the package leaves US there is no further tracking available and not time frame for delivery. There will be no refunds issued for International Packages if not delivered in foreign country.
Note: Customer's selected shipping method & carrier could be changed, If the shipping paid is not enough.
If you received a damaged item, or item is not what you ordered, email us on email@example.com within 48hrs with your order no. for your return authorization. No returns without return authorization. Any claims for missing/damaged item in received package after 48hrs will not be honored as Refund/Exchange. Any items which have been used are not eligible for return and should not be shipped back, No refund would be given for used item.
In case of returning the complete order for any reason, only the cost of goods will be refunded, Shipping costs will not be refunded.
